• Access Point: Celloneportal
• Proxy:  192.168.87.163
• Port: 8080
• Home Page: wap.yahoo.com

For PC

If you are using 3G Datacard then Create a New Profile for using this Trick

• Profile Name: Tricksme.in_BSNL_Trick
• Select Static APN and Enter Access Point as: Celloneportal
• Now Save these Settings and navigate to your Browser We recommend to use Firefox or Google Chrome for getting easily configured.
• Now Enter in Settings of Firefox or Google Chrome.
• In Network Settings Enter manual Proxy Settings As Following
• Proxy: 192.168.87.163
• Enter the PORT as: 80
• After that Setup Home Page as: wap.yahoo.com

Thats it! Now Save these Settings and Connect normally using this Settings and your Connection should Establish Instantly.
